Can I modify or update my order?

Our Virtual Assistant can help you modify your order!

Follow these steps:

1. Click the "Chat Now" icon on the bottom right-hand side of this screen
2. Type "Make changes to my order"
3. Select one of these options:
   • Recipient's phone number
   • Recipient's email address
   • Delivery date
4. You will be required to sign into your account and select the gift that needs to be modified.
