After placing an order, you can change the following:
- Recipient's phone number
- Recipient's email address
- Delivery date
The merchant cannot be changed by the sender.
How to make a change
Contact our support team via live chat at giftya.com. Let the agent know what you need to update and have your order details ready (order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout). You'll be asked to sign into your account and select the gift you want to modify.
What if the recipient wants a different merchant?
The sender cannot change the merchant on an existing order.
However, the recipient has the option to swap to a different merchant through their GiftYa account. There is a $0.99 fee for this, which is deducted from the gift value.
