If you get an email or text message confirming an order with GiftYa and you did not place the order, please:
- Confirm that no members of the household or family placed an order inadvertently using your account or credentials
- Contact us immediately and provide as much detail as possible on the unauthorized order:
- Provide the order number
- Provide the last 4 numbers of the card used to place the order
- Provide the email that you received the order confirmation to
- If you did not receive a confirmation email or text, and you found the charge on your bank statement, please provide the transaction details and card number
