To expedite order processing, all sales are final and non-refundable when purchasing a GiftYa. Similar to buying a gift card in a store, once the purchase is complete, order cancellation is not possible.
If you bought a GiftYa that hasn't been used, was sent to the wrong recipient, or there was an issue processing your order, please contact our dedicated client care team for swift support or options to modify recipient details.

To change your recipient, click on our chat icon and start typing "Change GiftYa Recipient". Your recipient cannot be changed once a gift has been redeemed.
