What if my recipient has not received their GiftYa?

If your recipient has not yet received their GiftYa, ask our Virtual assistant to resend it!

Follow these steps:

1. Click "Chat Now" on the bottom right-hand side of this screen.
2. Type "Resend GiftYa Notifications"
3. You will be required to sign in.
4. Select the gift you are inquiring about.
5. Your GiftYa will be resent to the recipient's phone number or email
