Delivery timing depends on whether you sent the gift immediately or scheduled it for a future date.
If you sent it immediately (Send Now)
GiftYas are typically delivered within 15 minutes of purchase. All orders go through a review process, so delivery can take up to 4 hours.
If it's been more than 4 hours and the recipient still hasn't received it:
- Ask the recipient to check their junk or spam folder. Delivery emails sometimes land there.
- Log in at giftya.com, go to your Sent GiftYas, and verify the recipient's email address or phone number is correct.
- If everything looks right and it still hasn't arrived, use the Resend option on the Sent GiftYas page or contact our support team at support@giftya.com.
If you scheduled it for a specific date
Your GiftYa will be sent at 5:00 AM Eastern Time on the date you selected. Nothing else is needed on your end. Delivery is automatic.
If the recipient doesn't see it by mid-morning on the scheduled date, ask them to check their junk or spam folder.
Need to change the delivery date?
You can update the delivery date before the gift is sent. Log in at giftya.com, go to Sent GiftYas, and select the gift to make changes.
