Your GiftYa is delivered on the Delivery Date you selected when the GiftYa was purchased.
If you did not schedule a delivery date and chose to send your GiftYa ASAP, your gift will be delivered as soon as your order is processed. Orders are typically processed within 15 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 4 hours to process your order as all orders are manually reviewed before completion.
If you have scheduled a delivery date for your gift, we will send your GiftYa at 5 am EST on the date you have selected.
If your recipient has not yet received their GiftYa, resend your GiftYa!
