How to Send GiftYa to Multiple Recipients
Follow these steps to send gift cards to multiple recipients:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Start: Visit the GiftYa Purchase Page.
- Choose a Brand: Select the brand for the gift card you'd like to send.
- Select Gift Card Value: Pick the value for the gift cards.
- Choose a Wrapper Design: Select your preferred wrapper design.
- Proceed: Click Continue.
- Select Delivery Method: Choose how you'd like to deliver the gift cards.
Two Methods for Sending to Multiple Recipients:
1. CSV Upload:
- Under Quantity & Recipients, select Upload List.
- Upload a CSV file containing one column with each recipient's phone number or email address (one recipient per row).
- You will be able to review the data after uploading.
- Drag and drop the file or click Choose a file to upload it from your device.
2. Manual Entry:
- Under Quantity & Recipients, adjust the number of recipients by clicking the "+" or "-" icons.
- Manually enter each recipient's contact information.
Finalize Your Order:
- Delivery Options: Select when and how you would like the cards delivered.
- Custom Message: Write a personalized message for your recipients.
- Add to Cart: Click Add to cart once all details are set.
- Checkout: Proceed with the checkout process to complete your order.
Reminders:
- Gifts cannot be delivered to yourself, and recipients must be able to receive texts to redeem the gift.
- If the number of recipients exceeds a certain threshold, business credentials will be required. If you're not ordering for a business, reduce the number of recipients.
