How to change the delivery date of a GiftYa

You can set or change the delivery date for a GiftYa as long as it hasn't been delivered yet.

Setting a delivery date During the order process, you'll be asked how you'd like your GiftYa delivered. You can schedule delivery for any date up to 6 months in advance.

Changing a future delivery date

1. Log in to GiftYa from the website or mobile web (this cannot be done in the app).
2. Navigate to your Sent GiftYas.
3. Click the Not Opened button on the GiftYa you want to update.
4. Click Change Delivery Date and select a new date.

Cannot change an already-delivered GiftYa If the GiftYa has already been delivered, the delivery date cannot be changed.
