Showing the cashier will depend on the method you chose when you received the GiftYa.
If you selected "Activate a GiftYa to your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex", the cashier will process your purchase like any other transaction and does not need to be informed of the GiftYa. Simply pay with your linked debit or credit card at the time of purchase. GiftYa is then alerted a purchase was made at the selected merchant, and we will immediately issue a credit on your card.
If you selected "Use as an eGift", you can display the QR code or barcode on your mobile device to your cashier. If you have selected this method and were not given a barcode or QR code, you can provide the cashier with the eGift code and/or PIN to enter manually.
