I just received a GiftYa, how do I use it?

Have you received a GiftYa and are unsure how to use it?

Click on the link in the text or email message you received, and follow the instructions for your preferred redemption option.

Follow these steps to redeem your gift:

1. Click the link you received via text or email.
2. Login to your account using your mobile phone number.
3. Verify your account with the 6-digit one-time password sent to you via text.
4. Once logged in, view your GiftYa and select a redemption method.

Here are the redemption options that GiftYa offers:

1. Activate to a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex
2. Use as an eGift
3. Swap for a different merchant
4. Mail a plastic Visa Gift Card
5. ReGift
6. Send to your bank account with Zelle®

Suppose you connect your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex, the next time you use your linked card to make a purchase at the selected merchant. In that case, your account automatically credits the gift amount you spend until the GiftYa is used in full.

If you prefer an alternative redemption method, there are options available, but they vary by merchant. For some merchants, you may choose to use your GiftYa as a traditional eGift or request a plastic VISA gift card to be mailed directly to you!

If you encounter difficulty accessing your GiftYa, please log into your account using the phone number to which this gift was initially sent. You should then be able to view your GiftYa.
