How to redeem your GiftYa
- Open the link in the text message or email you received.
- Log in at giftya.com using the mobile phone number the gift was sent to.
- Verify your identity by entering the 6-digit one-time code sent to your phone via text.
- Choose how to use your gift from the redemption options available to you.
Redemption options
GiftYa is unique.
As the recipient, you get to choose how to redeem your gift (options vary by merchant).

Activate to a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
- Link your GiftYa to a credit or debit card you already have. The gift amount is automatically credited back to that card the next time you make a qualifying purchase at the merchant, until the full gift value is used.

Use as an eGift
- Receive a digital gift card code to use online or at checkout.

Swap for a different merchant
- Exchange your gift for a GiftYa from a different brand.

Mail a plastic Visa Gift Card
- Request a physical Visa gift card mailed to you (fee applies).

ReGift
- Pass the gift along to someone else.

Send to your bank account with Zelle®
- Transfer the gift value directly to your bank account (fee applies).

Having trouble accessing your GiftYa?
Make sure you're logging in with the mobile phone number the gift was originally sent to, not a different phone number. Once logged in, your GiftYa should appear in your account.
