Have you connected your debit card to your GiftYa? If you need assistance, find instructions on how to link your card here. If your card is successfully linked, follow the steps below.
Once your card is linked to your GiftYa, simply use this linked card at the chosen merchant (such as Amazon, Starbucks, Target, etc.). You won't need to access your GiftYa to use the linked card at the merchant.
After making a purchase at the merchant, you'll receive a reimbursement for the value of your GiftYa. If you haven't utilized the entire value of your GiftYa, you'll receive credits with each purchase at the merchant until the full GiftYa value has been reached.
Receiving the credit is almost instant, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
