How to connect your GiftYa to your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex

The Activate option lets you link a card you already carry. Once linked, GiftYa automatically credits your card each time you pay at the selected merchant — no gift card to show or code to enter.

Steps

1. Open the link in the text message or email you received.
2. Log in at giftya.com using your mobile phone number.
3. Select "Activate to your Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX" from the redemption options.
4. Select "Add a new card."
5. Enter your card details: 
   1. Card number
   2. Name on card
   3. Expiration date
6. You'll see a confirmation that your card is linked.

What happens next?

Each time you use your linked card to make a purchase at the selected merchant, GiftYa automatically credits your card for the amount spent — up to the full gift value. You don't need to do anything at the register.
