Haven't received a credit for your purchase?
If you have not yet received credit or been reimbursed for your purchase, we are here to help!
First, check the following:
- Your card is linked to your gift.
- Your linked card has not expired.
- It has been at least 3 business days since your purchase at the selected merchant.
**You will only be credited after you have made a purchase at the selected merchant with your linked card.
Follow the steps below if you have not received credit or been reimbursed for your purchase:
- Login to your GiftYa Account
- Click the "Where's my Credit" tab or click this link.
- Select the merchant where you did not receive your credit. If you do not see the correct gift/merchant, your card may not be properly linked.
- Enter the date & amount of your purchase and the transaction type.
Once you have completed this form, GiftYa will immediately issue the credit to your linked card. Although credit is immediately issued, it may take 1-3 days for the funds to be available in your linked account, depending on your bank.
Follow these steps to utilize our 24/7 support:
- Click the "Chat Now" icon on the bottom right-hand side of this screen.
- Type "Where is my credit"
- Select "I haven't received my credit to my linked card."
- You will be required to sign in using your mobile phone number
- Select the GiftYa where your credit has not been received.
