Once you exchange your GiftYa for a digital gift card, the card is issued directly by the merchant. At that point, GiftYa no longer has access to the card's balance or transaction history.
How to check your balance
Visit the merchant's website and look for their gift card balance checker.
This is typically found in the website footer, on the gift card or rewards page, or within your account if you have one with that merchant.

For balance questions, redemption issues, or help using the card at the merchant. Contact the merchant's customer support team directly. GiftYa's support team is not able to access or verify merchant gift card balances.
