GiftYa now offers the option to transfer the funds from your gift to your Zelle account. Watch the video below to see how.
First, you must view the gift that was sent to you. Click on the link in the text or email message you received. You will be directed to our website or app and asked to enter your phone number. You will then receive a one-time access code via text message that you must enter to gain access to your gift.
You can then select the option to “Send to your bank account with Zelle”. To do so, you must have an existing Zelle account. You will be asked to enter the email address or phone number associated with your Zelle account and your physical address.
On the following screen, you will be asked to confirm your information. Please be sure to double-check your information as this process is irreversible. A processing fee of $3.99 will be removed from the balance of the gift and the remaining funds will be transferred. In most cases, the transfer will be immediate, but some may require a review which can take up to 24 hours.
