You can update your name, email address, email communication preferences, and connected social accounts from the Edit Profile section.
What can and can't be changed Profile edits are self-serve for name, email, communication preferences, and social accounts. Cell phone numbers associated with an account cannot be changed. For anything else, contact GiftYa support.
How to get there
Website — Log in, click the account icon in the top right, then select Edit Profile from the left menu.
Mobile web — Log in, tap the hamburger menu in the top left, tap My Account, then Edit My Profile.
App — Log in, tap My Account at the bottom of the screen, then tap View Account.
